Douglas G. Wilson, Jr.
CEO
A Marine and Viet Nam Veteran, Doug Wilson majored in English Literature at Georgia State University where he also completed his Master’s in Healthcare Administration. He went on to make a career of reviving struggling hospitals around the United States. Subsequently, he led the start-up and growth of two new healthcare technology companies. Since 2014 he has served as the first CEO of the Catholic Benefits Association advocating, supporting, and litigating for the rights of Catholic Employers in the areas of employment and healthcare benefits.

Jason Coon
Vice President, Health Benefits Consultative Services
Jason Coon serves as Vice President of the Catholic Benefits Association, where he leads the development of faith-aligned health care and benefit solutions for Catholic employers nationwide. Jason brings over two decades of experience in healthcare strategy, customer service, and account leadership, into his efforts to design benefit offerings that are genuinely Catholic.
Jason’s work is helping create an infrastructure that strengthens Catholic identity in the workplace and provides a national model for Catholic health and wellness—one that integrates Church teachings, strategy, and human dignity. Through his leadership, health plans are becoming not just compliant, but formative—reflecting the Church’s vision for care of the whole person, body, mind, and soul.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Charter Oak State College and lives in Colorado with his wife, their two daughters, and grandchildren.

Mary Beth Barry
Director of Human Resources Consultative Services
Mary Beth has worked in the Human Resources field for 20 years, with 14 of those years being in the healthcare arena, including 10 years leading the human resource departments for a large faith-based healthcare system. She took a short break from HR, working as a substitute teacher and teacher’s aide at Ave Maria Catholic School, while her now teenage son was young. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice. Mary Beth looks forward to using her extensive HR knowledge and experience to become a valued resource for all CBA members regarding HR topics and helping members enhance their employee’s Catholic employment experience.

Mandy Cox
Director of Member Services
Mandy joined the CBA team in 2019 as the point person for our members. She is here to serve all member needs, from answering questions about invoices to logging in to the Members Only Room. For over 20 years Mandy has promoted and taught others in the areas of Natural Family Planning, Theology of the Body, and sexual morality. She was founder of St. Gerard FertilityCare Education Programs, training a new generation of NFP providers, as well as co-founding WholeLife Authentic Care, a non-profit, pro-life medical clinic. She brings a unique understanding of, and sensitivity to, Catholic employers and their need to implement benefits and policies that demonstrate their uncompromising Catholicism. Mandy and her husband, John, live in Colorado with their five children.
