For the past eight years, the Catholic Benefits Association (CBA) has been helping our members reimagine Catholic health and wellness plans, providing them with a clear roadmap for the future.
During this process, many member organizations have shown great interest in learning of health solutions available in the market that align more closely with their faith and focus on Christ-centered, holistic healthcare—nurturing mind, body, and soul.
CBA is committed to raising awareness of these innovative, faith-based solutions among our members.
New Program Spotlight!
This month, we’re excited to spotlight HOPE, a program created by the Christ Medicus Foundation. HOPE is a transformative Catholic health and wellness initiative that addresses a major challenge facing individuals today: the loss of our true identity as beloved children of God.
In a world where faith is declining, families are fragmented, and communities are falling apart, HOPE provides a holistic solution that restores personal identity and dignity through Christ-centered health, wellness, and healing. It’s designed to support Catholic dioceses, organizations, and businesses, offering employees the tools and resources to thrive in body, mind, and spirit.
More than just a wellness program, HOPE is a community dedicated to the flourishing of the whole person, grounded in Catholic teachings and a commitment to human dignity. With services like wellness coaching, spiritual direction, bioethical consultations, and more, HOPE provides personalized, Christ-centered support for every member.
Through an integrated approach to health—one that considers the emotional, spiritual, social, and physical aspects of life—HOPE empowers individuals to make lasting changes that reflect their unique needs and goals. Whether through courses, webinars, small groups, or coaching, HOPE walks alongside members as they uncover their full potential in Christ.
